Nathan Barry

Nathan Barry is an experienced human resources professional with a strong track record in building and managing HR functions across various organizations. Currently serving as the Regional People Experience Director at IDP Education Ltd since October 2019, Nathan has held several key roles including People Experience Manager and Regional People Experience Manager. Previously, Nathan was the Group Human Resources Manager at MAdE Establishment, where foundational work was done to rebuild the People & Culture function post-ownership change. Nathan's career began at DSV - Global Transport and Logistics, where an internship evolved into a coordinator role, and earlier experiences at Acquire Learning and Woolworths Limited provided a solid foundation in HR and customer service. Nathan holds a Bachelor of Applied Management from the University of Ballarat and advanced diplomas in Frontline Management and Human Resource Management from Kangan Institute.
