Ronika Sharma

Ronika Sharma is a seasoned professional in the field of education consultancy, currently serving as a Senior Consultant for International Students Placement for Canada and the UK at Leap Scholar since December 2021. Prior to this role, Ronika held the position of Team Leader at Rus Education from January 2017 to December 2021, and worked as an HR & Compliance Associate at Hira Group of Industries for a brief period in 2016. Earlier experience includes serving as an Assistant Human Resources Officer and P.A. to Principal at Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan's from May 2012 to May 2016. Ronika's educational background includes a Professional Programme in Company Secretary from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, an MBA in Human Resource from Indira Gandhi National Open University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Disha Institute of Technology & Management.
