Srikanth Y

Srikanth Y has extensive experience in the field of technology and CRM. Srikanth started their career in 2002 as a Graphic Designer at AVM Studios, where they worked until 2007. During this time, they also took on a part-time role as a CRM Consultant at DesignPoint. In 2008, Srikanth joined IDP Education Ltd as a CRM Support Executive and gradually progressed through various roles, including Sr. CRM Support Administrator, Sr. CRM System Administrator, CRM Architect, Lead CRM Architect, and Solution Architect. Srikanth is currently serving as the Head of Technology Office at IDP Education Ltd. Throughout their career, Srikanth has demonstrated expertise in configuring CRM systems, performing business analysis, implementing ITIL processes, managing teams, and providing training.

Srikanth Y completed a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Applications from the University of Madras in 2009-2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Information Technology from the University of Madras in 2000-2002. Srikanth Y also attended Space Central School from 1985-1999, where they completed their Secondary School education with a focus on Computer Science. In addition to their formal education, Srikanth Y has obtained various certifications in different areas such as Redis, unconscious bias, enterprise architecture, pitching ideas strategically, and many others from institutions like Redis University and LinkedIn.
