James Rimmer

James Rimmer brings extensive experience in finance and management within the recruitment industry. Currently serving as Managing Director at idpp since May 2023, Rimmer previously held the position of Finance Director at IDPP Consulting Limited from June 2018 to May 2023, overseeing various recruitment services. Prior to this, Rimmer was Head of Finance at Hamlyn Williams Limited, focusing on talent acquisition across multiple industries, and Finance Director at Haztek, providing recruitment services to the Oil & Gas sector. Rimmer's career also includes roles as Financial Controller at Haztek and Carlisle Group, where responsibilities included managing finance teams, monthly reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis. Rimmer began in finance as a Management Accountant at Select Appointments from 1995 to 2000.
