Arfa Karim

Arfa Karim is an experienced professional in research and project management, currently serving as Team Lead - APAC at IDR since March 2022, where responsibilities include engaging with global experts, relationship development, dynamic project management, and innovative business development. Prior roles at IDR include Research Associate and Senior Research Analyst, focusing on connecting clients with relevant industry experts. Arfa has also worked at the Akhter Hameed Khan Foundation as a Research Analyst, contributing to urban poverty reduction initiatives, and at the Institute of Rural Management, conducting research on NGO linkages for marginalized women. An early internship with the United States Educational Foundation in Pakistan involved exploring minority representation in educational resources. Arfa holds an MSc in Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Management from the University of Nottingham, and a Bachelor's in Economics from the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST).
