Alexis Ricks is an experienced professional with a background in sales, customer service, and event organization. Currently serving as an Appointment Setter at iDrive Logistics since April 2022, Alexis also founded Elevation Empowerment Event in January 2020, creating a supportive community for women to enhance their personal and professional lives. Previous roles include Account Manager, Account Development, and Customer Relations Specialist at DigiCert, Inc. from September 2014 to January 2018, as well as Retail Sales and Customer Service positions at Nordstrom and 1-800 CONTACTS. Alexis holds a degree in Sociology with a focus on International Development from Brigham Young University, where studies were completed from 2010 to 2016, along with a BYU Study Abroad experience in London.
