Michael Wu

Michael Wu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales, solutions engineering, and technology innovation across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Sales & Solutions Engineering Manager at ID R&D since January 2023, Michael leads regional sales, presales, and customer success activities while conducting technical discovery calls. Previously, from January 2017 to December 2022, Michael held multiple roles at IDEMIA, including APAC PSI Innovation Lead, where responsibilities included leading innovation teams, managing solution development cycles, and engaging with the Singapore Economic Development Board. Notable earlier positions include Technical Lead at 3M Cogent, where Michael interfaced with the Ministry of Interior of Saudi Arabia and supervised junior engineers, as well as roles in software integration and support engineering at companies like Gemalto and Chanel. Michael holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology from Polytech Grenoble and a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication and Networking from UVSQ Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines.
