Hailing from the Mumbai Suburbs, Rodney joined IDS in May 2009 under the implementations team before moving to Gujarat state to handle services for Gujarat clientale from 2012 to 2016. He was promoted to Regional Manager for services for West India Region from 2017 to 2019. Having a vast knowledge of IDS, he took the opportunity to work in UAE as a Sr. Consultant for pre-sales for Middle East and Africa region.
