Renato Pavan has a strong background in private equity and venture capital, currently serving in roles at Península Participações, Olist, and idwall since August 2022, and as a Board Member and Fellow with Emerging Venture Capital Fellows since January 2021. Prior experience includes work at KPTL, a prominent Brazilian venture capital firm, and equity research positions at Constellation Asset Management and Credit Suisse, where Renato focused on financial and retail sectors as well as Latin American financial institutions. Renato holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of São Paulo and is currently enrolled in a Global Business Program at FH Joanneum.
