Mia Fredricks is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at IDX™, Mia oversees high-value projects exceeding $1.5 million annually, leading project life cycles and managing stakeholder communications to ensure successful outcomes. Previously, as a Project Manager at tcc global, Mia coordinated in-store and digital marketing campaigns and developed performance reporting dashboards.
