Michael Carroll

Michael Carroll is a UX Strategist at IDX™ since April 2021, with prior experience as an Event Coordinator at the State University of New York College at Oswego from January 2020 to June 2020, where responsibilities included coordinating events and setting project milestones. Michael also served as a Media Assistant at EXCEL, SUNY Oswego from August 2017 to May 2019, focusing on website redesigns and content management in collaboration with the web development team. Earlier experience includes working as an Office Manager at Dick Carroll's Inc. from August 2016 to July 2017, managing daily operations and ensuring excellent customer service. Michael holds a Master's degree in Human Computer Interaction and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Justice, both from the State University of New York at Oswego.
