Shaya Weberman

Shaya Weberman is the Chief of Staff at idyl, where they bring a unique blend of military precision and corporate finesse to their role. Previously, Shaya served as a protocol officer and deputy department head in the Israeli Army's international affairs division, honing skills in diplomacy and organization. They have also worked as a personal assistant to the CEO and COO at Noked Israel and as an employee experience specialist at Similarweb. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and Sociology at Tel Aviv University, Shaya is passionate about fostering collaboration and nurturing team growth.
