ABOUT US

We are the official IEEE Computational Intelligence Society (CIS) Student Chapter at The University of Jordan. Our mission is to bridge the gap between academic theory and industry-grade artificial intelligence.

WHAT WE DO

We cultivate a community of driven students, researchers, and developers passionate about AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science. We move beyond basic concepts to focus heavily on technical excellence, high-quality AI research, and practical, real-world applications. Our goal is to equip our members with the highly sought-after skills needed to excel in the modern tech industry.

OUR FLAGSHIP INITIATIVES

- Nationwide AI Research Contests: Fostering rigorous academic and practical research by connecting university students across Jordan with industry partners and expert mentors.

- Tech Expos & AI Weeks: Hosting large-scale technical exhibitions, workshops, and speaker sessions that connect the student body with cutting-edge technologies and industry leaders.

- Hands-on Workshops: Delivering practical training that transforms theoretical knowledge into tangible AI engineering skills.
