Althaf Muhammad

Althaf Muhammad currently serves as the International Recruitment Team Leader at NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership, responsible for the coordination and administration of the onboarding process for internationally recruited healthcare professionals. Previously held the position of Recruitment Advisor within the same organization, managing recruitment processes for various divisions. Althaf is actively involved in IEEE activities, serving as a volunteer and holding several leadership roles, such as Public Relations Coordinator for IEEE Kerala Young Professionals and Initiative Lead for the Scholarship Outreach Initiative. Althaf has experience in technical roles, including as a Systems Engineer at Infosys, and has participated in many volunteer and leadership roles within IEEE, including serving as Editor in Chief of IEEE CS Compute and Chairman of the IEEE Computer Society at the College of Engineering Munnar. Althaf holds a Master’s degree in Business Management from Cardiff University and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from College of Engineering Munnar.
