Avery Lu

Avery Lu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management, business development, and technology leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Account Management for Enclustra in the Southwest USA, Avery also holds the position of Partner and Head of Business Development at Aventurine Capital Group. Avery's long-standing involvement with IEEE includes roles such as Chair of the Santa Clara Valley Section and participation in multiple committees focused on technology and innovation. Additional ventures include co-founding Innouveaute, LLC and ActionSpot Startup Studio, along with advisory positions at both WBGlobalSemi, Inc. and Wearable Tech Ventures. Avery holds a B.S.E.E. in Electrical Engineering from Santa Clara University and has furthered education through marketing management and ongoing engagement in the semiconductor landscape through various professional associations.
