Dan Wolfson

Dan Wolfson is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in data architecture and digital transformation. Currently an IEEE Computer Society Distinguished Visitor since March 2023, Dan delivers technical lectures to a large community of professionals and students. As Founder and CTO of Pragmatic Data Research Ltd since February 2022, Dan focuses on innovative data governance. Active contributions to the Egeria Open Source project enhance Dan's involvement in metadata observability and data products. Previous roles include CTO for IBM's Weather Business Solutions and leadership positions across various IBM divisions, encompassing information management and integration strategies. Dan holds both a Master and Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
