Dave Armstrong

Dave Armstrong is a highly experienced professional in the semiconductor and photonics industries, currently serving as a Fellow at ISE Labs|ASE and Principal Consultant at Dave Armstrong Consulting, LLC. With a strong focus on optical testing of large hyperscaler devices and significant consulting efforts, Dave also holds positions on the boards of MEPTEC and the International Photonic System Roadmap, where contributions include developing technical workshops and documenting a ten-year photonic test roadmap. A long-standing member of IEEE and previous roles at Advantest and the International Technology Roadmap for Semiconductors underscore a commitment to advancing test strategies and requirements in semiconductor manufacturing.
