Durga Misra

Durga Misra is a Professor and Chair of the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at the New Jersey Institute of Technology and an esteemed IEEE Fellow and ECS Fellow. With over 30 years of experience in semiconductor device reliability, Durga has directed multiple research and development projects, contributed to the education of more than 19 PhD students and 47 MS students, and published over 250 articles in peer-reviewed journals. Currently, Durga specializes in HfO2-based high-k gate stack reliability and has worked on a variety of electronic and optoelectronic devices. Durga has also served in various leadership roles within IEEE and has been involved in numerous international conferences and symposiums.
