Eyad Hamad

Eyad Hamad is a distinguished Professor of Biomedical Engineering at the German Jordanian University, where roles have included Vice Dean for various schools and departments, as well as Head of the Biomedical Engineering Department. Since 2013, Eyad Hamad has been a Senior Member of IEEE and has engaged in research collaborations as a visiting researcher at leading institutions such as Forschungszentrum Jülich and Technische Universität Darmstadt, focusing on microfluidic devices and MEMS. Prior experience includes a Research Associate position at the University of Ulster, where Eyad Hamad worked on Point-of-Care diagnostics and impedimetric sensors under an EU Marie Curie EST Fellowship. Education culminated in a PhD in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Ulster University, completed in 2011.
