Ionut Radu is a seasoned professional in the field of innovation and research, currently serving as Senior Director of Innovation at SOITEC since May 2006, where previous roles included Director of R&D and Senior Scientist. In addition, Ionut Radu has contributed to the IEEE as Vice President of the EDS France chapter since January 2019 and served on the board of SCINTIL Photonics from September 2020 to May 2022.
