Javier Berrocal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in academia and technology. Currently serving as Vice Rector of Digital Transformation and Associate Professor at Universidad de Extremadura since February 2005, Javier also holds roles as a researcher and other academic positions. In addition, Javier is the Director of the IEEE ComSoc EMEA Region and serves as the IEEE MSB EMEA Voting Representative since January 2022.
