Jim O'Reilly

Jim O'Reilly is a retired expert in analog IO validation and IC test/ATE, with extensive experience in post-silicon validation for high-speed serial IOs, signal integrity, and electronics testing. Over their career, they held various roles at companies such as VLSI Technology, HP, and Intel Corporation, contributing to the field through technical project management and standards work for IEEE. They owned and operated IC Test Northwest, LLC, providing consulting services within the semiconductor industry. O'Reilly obtained a BSEE from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and multiple MSEE degrees from Portland State University and National Technological University.
