Dr. Mike Schwarz is a full professor at Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen and serves as the Chair of the IEEE Germany EDS Chapter. They earned their Diploma from the University of Applied Sciences Giessen-Friedberg in 2008 and a Master’s degree in electrical engineering from Universitat Rovira i Virgili in 2009, where they later received a Ph.D. with honors in 2012. From 2013 to 2020, they held leadership roles at Robert Bosch GmbH in MEMS design and simulation. With over 200 publications and numerous roles within IEEE, Dr. Schwarz is actively engaged in advanced research and community engagement in the fields of nanoelectronics and device modeling.
