Paul Samuel

Paul Samuel possesses extensive experience in applications and systems development, having held various leadership roles at IEEE, including Director of Applications and Systems Development, Senior Manager of Data Analytics & Search Technologies, and Manager of Software Development and Release Management. Prior to IEEE, Paul worked at Endeca Technologies as a Senior Consultant and held positions as a Senior Developer at Rosetta Technology Group and Tyco Safety Products, as well as a Senior Technical Consultant at Sinclair Knight Merz in Australia. Academically, Paul earned a Ph.D. in Satellite Remote Sensing/Oceanography from the University of Bergen and a Master's degree in Physical Oceanography from Cochin University of Science and Technology.
