Steve Silva, MBA, is a strategic FP&A leader with a comprehensive background in financial planning and analysis. They held various roles at Bracco from 2018 to 2021, advancing from Senior Financial Analyst to Associate Director of FP&A. Prior to that, Silva worked at Hess Corporation as a Credit Analyst II and gained experience at dsm-firmenich as the North America Finance Lead for Regional Consumer Brands. Currently, Silva serves as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at IEEE while continuing to enhance their expertise in finance, having also earned an MBA in Finance from Rider University.
