Tibor Grasser

Tibor Grasser is a Full Professor and Head of the Institute for Microelectronics at Technische Universität Wien, a position held since 2016. With a background in microelectronics reliability, Grasser led the Minimos-NT development group since 1997 and served as the director of the Christian Doppler Laboratory for TCAD in Microelectronics from 2003 to 2010. They have authored or co-authored over 450 articles in scientific literature and have been actively involved in numerous technical committees and conferences, earning multiple Best Paper Awards and recognition as an IEEE Fellow. Grasser holds a Dipl. Ing. and a Ph.D. in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering and Microelectronics from Technische Universität Wien.
