William Ratcliff

William Ratcliff possesses extensive experience in engineering and leadership roles within prominent organizations. As the Past Region 3 Director of IEEE from 2008 to 2009, William oversaw a membership of approximately 35,000 individuals. Prior to that, a managerial position was held at Gulfstream Aerospace from 1985 to 1994, and a TCA Manager role was undertaken at Public Service Indiana from 1975 to 1984. William holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Power from Purdue University, earned between 1962 and 1970.
