Yousef Ibrahim

Yousef Ibrahim is a distinguished professional in the field of engineering, currently serving as a Senior Member on the Administrative Committee of the IEEE Industrial Electronics Society since January 2016. With a longstanding academic career at Federation University Australia, Yousef is the Professor of Engineering and the founder of the Mechatronic Systems Engineering Program, as well as the Bachelor of Mechatronic Systems Engineering (Honours). At Monash University, an affiliation that began in 1992, Yousef initiated the Master Degree Program in Maintenance and Reliability Engineering and has played a pivotal role in founding various engineering programs. Additionally, Yousef has been an ambassador for the State Government of Victoria's Club Melbourne Ambassadors since 2014 and has contributed significantly to the development of Mechatronics education in Thailand through an Aus-AID program.
