Gilbert Rotap

Gilbert Rotap has over three decades of experience in software development and application support. Currently employed at IEHP since February 2007, Gilbert operates as a Developer in Enterprise Application Support, focusing on the development and maintenance of the Diamond healthcare system using BBx, as well as programming for Landacorp (MaxMc) using Tcl and PLSQL. Prior to this role, Gilbert worked at Alcatel-Lucent from February 1998 to February 2007 as a Software Engineer, where responsibilities included developing and maintaining automated software quality assurance libraries for networking equipment. Earlier career experience includes a position at McKesson HBOC from 1990 to 1998 as a Senior Application Developer/Analyst, where Gilbert designed and developed the Physician Schedule Manager, a significant online medical scheduling system. Education was received from UCLA Extension and the University of Santo Tomas.
