Jay Davis

Jay Davis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer support and administrative roles. Currently serving as a Call Center Specialist at IEHP since January 2020, Jay previously worked as Front Desk Staff at T&T Staff Management, Inc. and as a Medical Support Assistant for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs from May 2011 to July 2019. Earlier experience includes roles as Front Desk Representative at Exhibit Arts and Culinary Specialist in the US Navy. Jay holds an Associate of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from the University of Phoenix, which was completed between 2015 and 2017.
