Nikole Devries

Nikole DeVries has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Nikole currently holds the position of Senior Director, Hospital and Ancillary Relations at IEHP. Prior to that, they were the Clinical Director, Hospital Quality Improvement at the same organization. Nikole is also the Founder and President of Rising to the Occasion, a company they established in 2021. Nikole has served as the Executive Director of Quality Management at Providence and the Regional Director of Quality Management at Southwest Healthcare. At Southwest Healthcare, they also held the positions of Director of Quality for Inland Valley and Rancho Springs Hospitals and Performance Improvement Manager for Inland Valley and Rancho Springs Hospitals. Additionally, Nikole worked as an Adjunct Professor at San Diego State University, where they provided instruction to nursing students. Nikole began their career as a Registered Nurse at San Diego Va Health Care Syst, where they provided bedside care to acute spinal cord injury patients.

Nikole DeVries holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Western Governors University, which they obtained from 2018 to 2019. Nikole also has a Master of Science in Nursing degree in Nursing Education from the University of Phoenix, earned between 2010 and 2012. Furthermore, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing Science at Point Loma Nazarene University from 2006 to 2010. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) from the American College of Healthcare Executives (expected in 2023), Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP) from the Patient Experience Institute in 2018, and Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality from the National Association for Healthcare Quality in 2017.
