David Buss is an experienced aviation professional and entrepreneur with a diverse background in air transportation and agricultural operations. Currently serving as an Air Planner and Air Reservist at IEM since August 2020, David previously worked as a Loadmaster at Kalitta Air and Southern Air inc, where responsibilities included monitoring aircraft loading, ensuring safety, and HAZMAT compliance. David also has extensive experience in maintenance and operations from previous roles at Louisiana Pacific and MDARD, along with military service as a Loadmaster in the United States Air Force. In addition, David owns and operates Buss Farm, a 240-acre beef and hay farm, emphasizing a cow/calf operation and sales of both square and round bales. David graduated from Engadine High School in 1988.
