Eileen Jonat

Eileen Jonat is an experienced payroll professional with a strong background in managing payroll operations across multiple organizations and jurisdictions. Currently serving as Payroll Manager at IEM since November 2019, Eileen previously held roles such as Payroll Project Manager at ADP and Payroll Manager for North America at Red Hat, overseeing payroll for thousands of employees in various locations. Eileen's expertise extends to system implementations and transformations, including significant projects at Cisco Systems and a senior role at Grifols Inc. with a focus on payroll operations and vendor management. Eileen began a career at ADP in 1986, advancing to manage national accounts and complex payroll systems before earning an MBA in Corporate Finance from Adelphi University and a BBA in Marketing from Baruch College.
