Fernando Bruno

Fernando Bruno is a strategic advisor and attorney currently serving as a Deputy Program Manager at IEM, where they enhance procurement processes for multibillion-dollar federal investments. Previously, they held leadership roles, including Deputy Director at the Financial Oversight & Management Board for Puerto Rico, where they orchestrated significant infrastructure projects and managed substantial budgets. Fernando has also worked as a Tax Manager at KPMG US and as a Tax Attorney at Goldman Antonetti Cordova LLC, where they provided comprehensive tax advisory services. Fernando earned a Doctor of Law (JD) with a focus on Banking, Corporate Finance, Tax, and Contracts from Universidad de Puerto Rico.
