Hernando Gee

Hernando Gee is a seasoned Project Manager at IEM with experience leading the FAASt 428 project for the repair and restoration of the Puerto Rico power grid, the largest project in FEMA history. Previously, Hernando served as a Consultant and Disaster Recovery Specialist, managing grant compliance and providing programmatic assistance in disaster recovery efforts. Hernando's expertise spans roles at GCR Inc. and the Governor's Office of Homeland Security & Emergency Preparedness, where responsibilities included grant management, ensuring project compliance, and system administration for the EMGrants Pro platform. Hernando holds a BS in Business Management from McNeese State University.
