Pete Weaver

Pete Weaver is an experienced professional in emergency management, currently serving as an Emergency Management Subject Matter Expert at IEM since May 2021. Prior to this role, Pete held positions including Coordinator for the Town of Gilbert from February 2018 to April 2021, Lead at Premium Transportation Logistics from September 2017 to February 2018, and Safety and Emergency Management Specialist at HonorHealth from January 2017 to October 2017. Pete's extensive background includes serving as Director of Emergency Management for Maricopa County from June 2009 to December 2016. Pete holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Troy University, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, and an Associate's degree in Business from Niagara County Community College.
