Tom Zorwick

Tom Zorwick, CP APMP, currently serves as a Senior Proposal Manager at IEM since July 2021, following a tenure as a Federal Proposal Manager at METIS Solutions, LLC. With extensive experience in managing high-complexity RFx responses for Federal clients, Tom is adept at coordinating the entire proposal process, ensuring compliance, and facilitating reviews across various proposal stages. Prior to this, Tom held positions at Windstream as a Network Engineer and Analyst, as well as at Hewlett-Packard as an Expert-Level Proposal Manager, where exceptional proposal management capabilities were developed. Additional experience includes a role as a Client Delivery Analyst at Acxiom and previous positions at Electronic Data Systems/General Motors, where operational efficiencies and customer satisfaction were enhanced through strategic analysis and process improvements. Tom holds a Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications Management from Michigan State University.
