Tracy Griffith

Tracy Griffith is an experienced instructional design and training consultant with a strong background in e-learning development, project management, and curriculum design. Currently serving as Supervisor of Content Creation at IEM since October 2021, Tracy previously worked at Andraste Consulting from August 2016 to December 2021 as an Instructional Designer. Tracy's extensive experience includes managing the Training Institute at the Pennsylvania Coalition Against Domestic Violence from March 2002 to July 2016, where responsibilities included developing training resources and implementing internal processes. Prior roles include Training Specialist in the Legal Department, Training/Outreach Specialist for VAWNET at The National Resource Center on Domestic Violence, and Public Education Coordinator at Domestic Violence Services of Cumberland & Perry Counties. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Dickinson College and attended Commonwealth University-Lock Haven.
