Scott Smithgall

Scott Smithgall is an accomplished ER physician currently working at UChicago Medicine AdventHealth and Illinois Emergency Medicine Specialists since July 2023, alongside a longstanding role at Riverside Medical Center since 2003, where Scott holds multiple directorial positions. In addition to medical practice, Scott Smithgall is an independent musician, composing and producing electronic music influenced by melodic techno, with the album 'Broken Pieces' released in 2024 across major streaming platforms. Scott Smithgall holds an Emergency Medicine Residency from Midwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Lake Forest College, rounded out by a solid educational foundation at The Peddie School.
