Mr. Schlosser has more than 45 years of environmental engineering and compliance experience, from both the consulting and regulatory agency perspectives. As Principal Project Manager, he is responsible for managing all aspects of environmental compliance projects for IES’ industrial clients. This involves directing day-to-day operations and overseeing technical and administrative activities, preparing project budgets, compliance strategies, air quality permit applications, control technology assessments, emission inventories, and regulatory applicability evaluations.
Mr. Schlosser has managed and participated in a wide diversity of air quality projects in the industrial, commercial, governmental, and institutional sectors. These projects include federal, state, and local regulatory compliance determination, permitting of new and modified sources, dispersion modeling, control technology assessment, conceptual design of air pollution control systems, regulatory impact analyses, technical feasibility studies, litigation support, and database management. He joined IES in 1993.
