At iESE we review, remodel and reinvent local public services, sharing best practice to advance the improvement and efficiency of the sector. #notforprofit #localgov #theieseway.

We are the public sectors own transformation partner. Created by local authorities as a shared resource to transform public services and retain experience within the sector, iESE has a successful track record of delivering transformation and service improvement programmes across the UK.
With over 16 years of experience in public service improvement and transformation, we have delivered real savings of over £1billion for our members and clients to help them meet the challenges they face.

A Not-For-Profit Social Enterprise. iESE is led by local authority councillors elected by iESE member councils. iESE is a not for profit social enterprise and any surplus generated is invested by the membership in research on behalf of the sector.

Innovation is in our DNA. iESE has a track record for innovation having been reinventing public services since 2004. For local public services to be financially sustainable and to meet the needs of residents and business, they needed to be completely reinvented. iESE has continuously sought new ways to achieve public service outcomes.

As a part of the sector councils can use iESE services without the need for procurement simply by becoming a member. Membership is open to any public body in the UK and is free to join and there is no annual subscription.
