Francesco LAMARO

Francesco Lamaro's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Francesco started working at Autoneum Holding AG in 2013 as a Workshop Training employee. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at ETH Zurich as an Academic Assistant and Teaching Assistant in various subjects. In 2016, they became a Quality Intern at GE Power in the Generator Product Line. In 2018, they joined ETH Zurich again as a Research Assistant in Energy Optimization, where they collaborated on publishing a revised version of their Master Thesis. Later that year, they worked as a Software Tool Developer at ETH Juniors. In 2019, they joined IET as a Big Data & AI Lead, and later became a Consultant. Currently, they hold the position of Partner & COO at IET, starting in 2021.

Francesco Lamaro has a strong educational background in engineering and renewable energy technologies. Francesco obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from ETH Zürich in 2015. Following this, they pursued a Master's Degree in Renewable Energy Technologies at the same university from 2015 to 2018.

In addition to their formal education, Francesco Lamaro has also acquired several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. In December 2019, they became Scrum Master Certified (SMC) through VMEdu Inc. In May 2019, they completed a course on Developing AI and IoT Applications on the C3 AI Suite offered by C3.ai. Francesco also obtained a certification in C3 Data Science from the same institution in March 2019. Furthermore, they completed a course on Introduction to the Internet of Things and Embedded Systems through Coursera in March 2019.

In terms of language proficiency, Francesco Lamaro achieved the IELTS certification from the British Council in November 2014.
