Aaron Mattison

Aaron Mattison has a strong background in operations and management. Aaron currently holds the position of Vice President of Operations at IEWC, starting in September 2021. Prior to this, they served as Director of Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement at Briggs & Stratton from November 2019 to September 2021. Aaron also held the role of Director & Global Platform Leader - Consumer Ride Products at Briggs & Stratton from September 2016 to November 2019. Aaron's experience also includes being Vice President of Operations at QuickCable Corporation from January 2014 to May 2016, General Manager at Ellwood Group Inc. from January 2012 to December 2013, and Product Manager at IDEAL INDUSTRIES, INC from November 2007 to January 2012. Aaron has also worked at Newell Rubbermaid as a Product Manager from 2004 to 2007, and at Anchor Harvey Components as a Technology Leader from June 2001 to September 2004. Aaron's early career included a role as Manufacturing Engineering Manager at National Forge Company from 1998 to 2001.

Aaron Mattison attended Westminster College (PA) from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics. Aaron later pursued an MBA in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater from 2004 to 2008.
