Heather Bennett has extensive work experience in marketing and digital customer experience roles. Currently, they are the Digital Customer Experience Director at IEWC, where they are responsible for building and mentoring a high-performing team and implementing agile methodologies for faster innovation cycles. Heather also supports strategic planning and operating processes with digital strategies and customer research. Prior to this, they served as the Growth Marketing Leader at IEWC, driving customer-centric approaches to enhance online experiences and increase ecommerce sales and leads.

Before joining IEWC, Heather held various positions at National Business Furniture. As the VP of Marketing, they led a collaborative team in developing a customer lifecycle management strategy and building personas and customer journeys for multiple vertical segments. Heather also served as the Marketing Director, overseeing digital marketing strategies, managing budgets, and implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud. As the Marketing Manager, they managed SEO specialists, improved email marketing strategies, and launched NBF on Amazon Marketplace.

Furthermore, Heather has worked at ICM Corporation as the Director of Web Marketing and Director of Catalog Development. In these roles, they led teams, maintained e-commerce websites, designed marketing materials, managed schedules, and developed new product lines.

Earlier in their career, Heather gained experience as a Catalog Development Coordinator at ICM Corporation and as a Research/Teaching Assistant at Marquette University, where they taught classes, conducted research, and wrote exam questions.
