David Smith

David Smith is a community engagement professional with a focus on cultivating meaningful relationships across diverse communities. They have served as Project Director at the U.S. Department of Transportation and held various leadership roles, including Chief of Staff at the U.S. Black Chambers, Inc., where they managed relationships with national corporate partners and advocated for minority business development. Currently, David is the Director of Diversity Programs at the International Franchise Association and previously worked as Programs and Initiatives Manager for the National Association of Investment Companies. David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Human Biology from Temple University.
