John Teza is a multi-site consumer leader and visionary, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa since 2021. They previously held the position of President and Chief Development Officer at the same company and served as Chief Development Officer at Jersey Mike's Franchise System and Corner Bakery Cafe. With experience as Principal at NRD Capital and Executive Vice President of Development at Quiznos, John also contributes to the International Franchise Association as a Trustee and to the National Restaurant Association as a Director.
