Mitch Cohen

Mitch Cohen serves as the CEO of Management 360 LLC, a franchisee company for Jersey Mike's Subs, and has held this position since February 2016. Cohen has also been a member of the Board of Directors for the International Franchise Association since February 2014 and currently chairs the Multi-Unit Franchise Conference starting in April 2025. Previous experience includes being a franchisee for Baskin Robbins Dunkin Donuts from June 1983 to July 2016, where Cohen co-chaired the Dunkin Donuts Baskin Robbins Community Foundation. Since February 2019, Mitch Cohen has been a partner at Performax Franchisee Advisors, and served as Field Engagement Manager for the Joy in Childhood Foundation from July 2016 to January 2018. Additionally, Cohen is a franchisee for Jersey Mike's Subs and Sola Salon Studios, both of which have been active since February 2017 and February 2020, respectively. Education background includes attendance at Eastern Illinois University.
