Behind Tomorrow™

Most funds invest in what's available. We invest in what's next.

Ifany is a decisive, multi-sector private equity investment fund that reshapes industries, companies, and communities. Our fund plays an instrumental role at such opportune intersections where the past gives way to the future.

We usher in those transitions through bold, well-capitalized action—whether we see things coming a decade in advance, such as market trends, consumer habits, territorial shifts, or communal aspirations, or we choose to effect change outright such as market rehabilitation, value-add structuring, cross-community projects, or new-to-audience experiences.

Ifany's portfolio companies span the gamut from aggressive investment all through passionate activism. Whether for private profit or for public benefit, we bring both the vision and the financial means to enable enormous progress into the future of:

• Private Equity
• Real Estate Holdings
• Property Acquisitions
• Ground Up Development
• Entertainment & Gaming
• Hospitality & Food service
• Healthcare & Wellness
• Lending & Finance

Over the years, Ifany has partnered with private firms, financial institutions, municipalities nationwide, faith-based organizations, and NGOs. We welcome opportunities that shape the future, at scale.
