Ludwig Brummer

Ludwig Brummer has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ludwig started their career as a Working Student at WWK Lebensversicherung a.G. in 2010 and continued in this role until 2012. Ludwig then joined MEAG as a Working Student at the ABS Desk from 2013 to 2014.

In 2015, Ludwig joined Alexander Thamm GmbH as a Data Scientist and worked in this role until 2019. Ludwig then took on the position of Senior Data Scientist at the same company from 2019 to 2021. From 2020 to 2021, they also served as Team Lead / Senior Principal Data Scientist at Alexander Thamm GmbH.

Ludwig joined Rubinstein & Schmiedel in 2021 as a Tech Lead Trading Strategies, where they worked until 2023. Ludwig then joined lunchloop.ai as a Co-Founder in 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Data Product Engineering at IFCO SYSTEMS, starting from 2023.

Throughout their career, Ludwig has gained extensive experience in data science, trading strategies, product engineering, and leadership roles.

Ludwig Brummer holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Mathematik from the Technical University of Munich, which they completed from 2009 to 2012. Ludwig then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Financial Mathematics and Actuarial Science at the Technical University of Munich from 2012 to 2015. During their studies, Ludwig also participated in an Erasmus program at Université Paris Cité in 2012-2013, specializing in Modelisation aléatoire (Financial Mathematics). In terms of additional certifications, they completed the Deep Learning Specialization from Coursera in 2018 and the Python for Everybody Specialization from Coursera Course Certificates in 2017. Ludwig also obtained a certification in Cleaning Data in R from DataCamp, but the year of completion is unknown.
