Mona Rusan

Mona Rusan has an extensive work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Mona is currently the Head of Shared Service Center/Managing Director at IFX Corporate Services since April 2023. Mona also holds the position of Head of Accounting Processes at the same company since April 2023. Prior to this, Mona worked at Zalando as a Senior Lead Finance Operations from January 2020 to April 2023. Mona also has a history with BOMBARDIER, where they held various roles including Country HR Business Partner from April 2018 to January 2020, Controlling, Transition, A&R Manager from May 2015 to March 2018, Accounts Payable Manager from July 2013 to May 2015, and Team leader Accounts Payable from December 2009 to July 2013.

Mona Rusan completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in International Economics from an unknown university between 2004 and 2008. Mona further pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Management from Babes-Bolyai University between 2008 and 2009.
